Chat Line Moderator
The role will involve:
• Listening to recorded descriptions from our customers wishing to use our interactive gay and straight chat line service;
• Moderating MMS messages from our customers;
• Monitoring messages to make sure customers are compliant with government regulations
• Listening to and deleting inappropriate messages
• Listening to recorded eavesdrop messages from customers ensuring the content is acceptable
• This position is on a part-time basis, which will require you to work a minimum of three 8 hour shifts per week.
• You will need to be flexible as this role position operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, nights and bank holidays.
• Full training will be given with regards to the guidelines that need to be followed in conjunction with the Telecom industries regulatory body
• Benefits of this role are that it offers a great deal of flexibility and weekly pay.
• Holiday pay is pro-rata and overtime is often available.

The shift patterns and rates of pay are as follows:
A shift 7am – 3pm £5.60 per hour
B shift 3pm – 11pm £5.80 per hour
C shift 11pm – 7am £6.60 per hour
D shift 10pm – 6am £6.60 per hour
Last minute cover £15
Additional bonus to be earned £10 per shift
