The idea came from our existing customers, who played a huge part in our launch and they were the initial catalyst behind the business which goes back to early 2003.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Waiting around for your trendy new designer clothing to turn up is no easy job, we know the feeling. That\'s the reason why we\'ve joined forces with Royal Mail, UK\'s No.1 next day postal service, to ensure you get your items without delay.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Service runs to your door 6 days a week and there are no extra surcharges on residential deliveries. If you are unfortunate to be away when they deliver your designer clothing, don\'t worry as the driver will leave a calling card.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of placing your order and in its original condition with all tags connected.
Upon receipt we will exchange or refund the items. Please allow up to 10 working days for exchanges and refunds to be processed.
Please Note:
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own safety we recommend you return item(s) using a recorded Royal mail service that carries insurance.
We can only accept returns sent via Royal Mail.
Please enclose the original paperwork stating clearly if you would like an exchange or refund.
